All entrants begin as Royal Handmaids. This entry pool feeds future advancement into supportive offices (childcare, education, household management, attendance, and emergency command support).
Initial appointment remains Royal Handmaid service. Advancement into supportive offices is based on training completion, reliability, command discipline, and formal elevation approval.
